From the outside it is not directly visible, but internally a lot has changed with us in recent months. Like most companies, we use an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning). All kinds of business processes are carried this system, such as orders, product information and accounting.

Our last ERP system was introduced in 2003 and to a certain extent, this system grew along with us. But in 2022, it was time for a new technological step. So from now on, we will be using a new ERP package from Wolters Kluwer. Customers have probably already noticed this from the new layout of our documents and correspondence, but our service remains unchanged.

Because an ERP system is so comprehensive, a large number of our colleagues work with it on a daily basis. You can probably imagine that such a transition within our company is quite intense! After the necessary training, we can conclude that the new system has benefits for everyone. The departmental processes come together in a better way, in order to be able to work even more customer-oriented and efficiently.
